Social Identity, The "ISM's" & Phobias - Recap

In the previous module, we also spent some time exploring the ways that oppression manifests.

The isms and the phobias can show up via workplace policies and practices that some of you just mentioned. Racist polices & sexist practices for example impacting how we treat each other in the workplace.

In order to create inclusive workplaces, we must be aware of these forms of oppression & learn to challenge and interrupt when we hear and see things that are harmful.
