Imposter Syndrome
Imposter Syndrome
Imposter syndrome can be defined as a collection of feelings of inadequacy that persist despite evident success. ‘Imposters’ suffer from chronic self-doubt and a sense of intellectual fraudulence that override any feelings of success or external proof of their competence.
Imposter Syndrome can creep into our minds throughout our lives, and everyone feels this from time to time.
We overcome by identifying these feelings when they happen, let it out-share, reaffirm self-worth, refrain from comparing oneself to others, be the relentless badass you know you are! Remind them of the amazing things they just wrote down with the previous slide.
