Putting It All Together

In this session, we spent some time reflecting on our social identities and how they impact the workplace. It’s also important to remember that our diverse identities inform our values and goals– thus shaping our professional identities.

As we move through our time together, we will continue to emphasize the role of social identity – to center your diverse experiences and identify ways to best support you as an OMD scholar/apprentice.
