Understanding Workplace Culture

For some of us it may be challenging to describe the workplace culture we want to work in – for others it’s easy to describe.

As we navigate the workforce, we will start to identify things that make a workplace feel inclusive and inviting and qualities that make it difficult to come to work each day.

Either way – paying close attention to workplace culture is an integral part to strengthening your leadership and communication styles.
