Intersectionality

Please take a moment to read the following definition of intersectionality and what the videos below elaborating on the topic.

The ability to reflect on intersectionality, privilege and power forces us to examine how organizations/companies/individuals are working to create inclusive environment where all people can thrive; where employees feel seen and heard. And to consider the ways that identities intersect – granting more power and advantages to some (ex. Straight White Men) and less institutional power to others (ex. Black Trans Woman).
