Welcome to your first professional development session offered through OMD’s Earn and Learn program.

We are excited to kick off this professional development series that you can take over the course of the year. Here at OMD we are committed to offering you workshops, opportunities for dialogue and resources to support your professional experience/internship experience.

In this unit, we're going to kick off our Earn and Learn curriculum and start with the self. You will be asked to reflect on your values and your goals. Many of you have been navigating the workforce for some time now. Some of you are newer to the professional workforce. Wherever you land on the spectrum of quote “professional experience” it’s always helpful to pause and take stock of things before starting a new chapter. Your work as an OMD apprentice is a new chapter. And before we dig into the do’s and don’ts and the how to's we’re going to spend some time reflecting on who you are in this moment and where you want to land by the end of this.
