Social identity groups are based on the physical, social, and mental characteristics of individuals.

Some of these identities can be highly visible opposed to others that are hidden.

This activity recreates one of our in-person activities, the identity walk, where you answer questions by "voting with your feet!" You'll be asked to answer several questions (anonymously) about your feelings about your identity in the workplace and life in general. You'll click the grid to answer, and you'll be able to see how the group answered after!
