Introduction
Welcome back! This next module is focused on managing stress & balancing wellness. Over the past few months we have explored the many ways to cultivate an inclusive workplace environment, we’ve spent some time on your leadership style & how you manage conflict. Many of these topics can feel like a lot to navigate and can bring about stress & anxiety.
We think it’s important to spend some time discussing workplace stress and identify ways to balance your wellness. It’s not often we take time to discuss and explore the things that might cause us stress at work. In this module, there will be opportunity identify best practices for reducing workplace stress and coming up with our own wellness plans!
Objectives
This module is focused on identifying workplace stress, identifying ways to minimize workplace stress & coming up with our own wellness plans.
Far too often we get caught up in the new job, the new role, the many tasks that are thrown at us – that we often don’t have time to pause and check in with ourselves. Today we will be offering you that time.
