Leadership Style

Welcome back! In this module, we'll be focusing on leadership & communication. We will begin exploring these questions:

• What do I value in a leader?
• What is my leadership style?
• How do I approach decision making in the workplace?

So far during our time together, we have discussed our values & goals, how to show up authentically and how to cultivate an inclusive environment.

Your values are likely to your perception and understanding of leadership. As an authentic leader who is aware of their strengths and working style you can help cultivate working environments that are inclusive and affirming

• Recognize the authentic ways for your leadership to shine in professional spaces

Introductory Discussion

Let’s get started. This module focuses on leadership and identifying your leadership qualities. We will reflect on the qualities of a leader, complete a self-assessment & participate in a group activity that will allow you to tap into your unique style. These activities will help you walk away with a newfound appreciation of your unique leadership skills!
