Checking in with your Current Capacity

Take a few minutes to reflect on one of following prompts:

  • Purpose: What is most important to me right now? What motivates me? What gives me a sense of purpose?
  • Boundaries: What drains my energy vs. gives me energy? What distracts vs. what helps me?
  • Support: Who can I reach out to for support? What support do I need right now? What prevents me from asking for help?
