In this module, we will start to think about these questions:

• How do I show up authentically in the workplace?
• How will I integrate all the parts of who I am into my professional identity?

Often times we feel like we can’t be ourselves at work. Or perhaps it’s easier for you to maintain a workplace or professional identity that is slightly different from how you show up with friends or family.

In this module, we hope to make sense of social identities – and how they show up in the workplace. We will be asking you to reflect on your personal experiences and share those experiences with others.

• Identify strategies to combat imposter syndrome and strengthen self-concept
